A Fast Healing Balm for Painful Plantar Fasciitis

For about 7 months now, the WinVivo Healing Balm became a staple first aid in our household. We use it for cuts, bruises, insect bites and so on.

Recently, after a long hike, I developed a pain and swelling on the bottom of my left foot, where the heel meets the arch, so called Plantar Fasciitis. I massaged the Healing Balm into the swollen area, remembering to apply a good thick layer, and covered it with a gauze pad. The next day, the pain and swelling were much reduced; so I just repeated the same for the second time. And that was the last Healing Balm application that my poor foot needed.

In a couple of more days, all the symptoms were gone, and I was back on the track running after my boys.;-)
