I Could Not Afford to be Sick on the Road

My job requires me to travel overseas frequently, most of the time to Asia. Those business trips were always very intense and the jetlags were killing me! In recent years the stress has started to take a toll on my immune system, and I found myself getting sick more often even when I was not traveling.
